Kestra Technologies is seeking a Customer Success / Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers and engage with the open-source community. The ideal candidate has a technical background in data engineering or infrastructure-as-code and strong problem-solving skills.

This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact as one of the first hires in this department, helping shape Kestra's engineering practices and community engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong background in orchestration tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery for pre-sales opportunities.
• Own the Proof of Concept process for enterprise clients.
• Provide elite technical support to existing customers.
• Engage with the open-source community and represent Kestra.
