Tremau, a Trust & Safety solutions provider based in Paris, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical second-in-command and to mentor a growing team while remaining hands-on in delivery. You will lead architecture, code, and integrations across Next.js, Laravel, NestJS, Kubernetes, and GCP.

You will collaborate with CTOs and product teams to translate requirements into technical delivery and drive ongoing improvements in standards and practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or full stack development.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Customer-facing SaaS integrations and API design/implementation experience.
• Strong frontend/backend stack knowledge: Next.js, React, NestJS, Laravel, PHP.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsabilités

• Act as second-in-command of the tech team, deputizing for the CTO and ensuring continuity of technical leadership.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, including performance reviews and career development.
• Join technical calls with customers and partners to understand systems and integration needs.
• Design practical technical solutions for integrating our SaaS platform with customer environments.
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and React.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Laravel, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready features for customer integrations.
• Design, implement, and optimize clean, maintainable APIs and microservices.
• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders from discovery to delivery.
• Own technical implementation plans and ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and cloud deployment decisions.
