Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. The Engineering team owns the data platform that handles privacy, governance and scale as the company expands to new countries. You’ll ship safe-by-default abstractions and provide self-serve capabilities for product teams.

You’ll be hands-on in Python and TypeScript, operating production systems, with emphasis on platform safety, observability and developer experience. Remote-flexible, in-person collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• Senior/staff-level backend or platform engineer with hands-on ownership.
• Experience shipping platforms, libraries, or services used by multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Data Privacy Orchestrator platform and ensure safety and observability in production.
• Build self-serve tooling and templates so areas can manage their data rules independently.
• Collaborate with legal, security, data, and product to align requirements and data governance.
