Alice & Bob is building a high-impact People Operations function in Paris, focused on automating the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding. You will collaborate with People & Culture, IT and Legal to streamline processes and enable managers to focus on value-added work.

The role blends operational rigor with strategic thinking, requiring seniority in HR operations, process automation, and governance across an international employee base. Hybrid remote policy is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Law, Management or related field.
• 5+ years in People Operations/HR Ops including process automation or HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead automation of the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
• Define and drive automation roadmap in a fast-changing environment.
• Map processes and reduce manual tasks via workflows and integrations between HR, recruitment and IT tools.
• Administer and evolve HR data and HRIS systems.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and operational excellence in People Operations.
