Alice & Bob is building a universal quantum computer and seeks a senior HR Lead to own payroll, compliance, and data reliability. You will partner with leadership to scale people operations across international teams, ensuring an excellent employee experience and robust processes.

You will drive HR systems, analytics, and automation while guiding managers and stakeholders with clear guidance and compliant practices. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Human Resources, People Operations, or related fields.
• Strong payroll, employee administration, and social dialogue experience.
• Solid knowledge of French labor law and international compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll and employee administration with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, contractual changes, leaves, and departures.
• Lead People Operations, coach staff, and improve processes.
• Manage HR data quality, reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate social dialogue, compliance across countries, and labour relations.
