SmartRecruiters is seeking an HR Coordinator in Paris to join our People team and manage employee data globally. You will handle end-to-end People Admin processes across multiple countries, including HiBob data, employment documentation, and coordination with insurers and benefits providers.

You will support payroll, drive automation improvements, and champion our Smartian culture while working with a fast-growing, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on a similar role, creating employment documentation for multiple countries.
• Prior experience in administering employee data in HR systems with special emphasis on data quality.
• Knowledge on employment law basics and benefits management in the following countries - US, France, Germany or UK.
• Detail-oriented, organized and keen to work as a team.
• Driven and proactive.
• Motivated by a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for all employee data in our HRIS (HiBob) - from the moment people join us and until their last days with us;
• Assist in preparing all employment documentation for our Smartians - employment contracts, promotion letters, employment verifications, etc;
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors or benefits providers;
• Assist our payroll department by providing relevant employee information;
• Drive efficiencies through automation in our processes and systems;
• Be an ambassador of our Smartian culture by living our core values in everything that you do.
