Job summary

Alice & Bob, a pioneering quantum computing company in Paris, seeks a Senior People Operations Specialist to automate the employee lifecycle and optimize HR data across the organization.

You will partner with People & Culture, IT and Legal to drive complex HR initiatives, improve processes, and scale People Operations globally. English and French fluency required; 5+ years of experience in People Ops preferred.

Qualifications

• A proactive, service-oriented People Operations professional who combines operational rigor with business mindset.
• Ideal candidate has startup HR structuring experience and a global HR perspective.
• Strategic thinking and ability to structure in a fast-changing environment are valued.

Responsibilities

• Automate the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding with a client-centric approach.
• Administer HR data and maintain HRIS and related tools.
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in People Operations.
• Handle complex operational cases and drive projects to resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead projects end-to-end and track adoption and KPI improvements.
