Job summary

Alice & Bob in Paris is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to own the automation of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, within the People Experience team.

You will partner with HR, IT and Legal to free up capacity for complex cases, drive data quality, and scale HR systems across international teams while maintaining confidentiality. The role offers remote flexibility and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have mindset to lead business-facing HR initiatives and drive automation.
• Experience with HRIS administration, configuration, and integrations.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, EOR, and benefits administration.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking for HR processes.
• Maintains high standards of confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation of the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
• Define and drive automation roadmap based on needs and impact.
• Map processes and reduce manual tasks with workflows between HR, IT and recruitment.
• Maintain HRIS and related tools; ensure data quality and reliability.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across People Operations.
• Support payroll processes when needed and handle complex cases.
