Prévenir, a new HR and People Ops initiative by Alan in Île-de-France, is building the foundations of People operations as the company scales. This early-stage role focuses on structuring processes, automation, and a product mindset for the employee experience, with close collaboration with Lucie on topics complexity.

Based in Paris, you will split time across onboarding, documentation, people admin, and operational finance, driving automation and AI to reduce friction while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least 5-6 years of People Ops experience, hands-on with admin topics.
• Experience in fast-scaling companies (start-up/scale-up) during growth.
• Business curiosity and ability to connect work to company direction.
• Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics with a strong People focus.
• Autonomy and problem-solving, with genuine interest in AI.

Responsabilités

• Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, performance reviews, feedback, and engagement.
• Documentation & operational efficiency: write clear docs, spot friction, simplify or automate processes with AI.
• People admin: leaves, payroll back-and-forth, contracting, onboarding, insurance, GDPR.
• Operational finance: expense reports, accounting documents, VAT filings.
