Alice & Bob is building the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer and is expanding rapidly. We seek a senior HR Operations, Compliance and Data reliability leader to own payroll, HR systems, compliance, and people analytics across our international teams.

Reporting to the VP People & Culture, you will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory alignment, and shape our employee experience as we scale in a fast-growing deep-tech company.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Compliance, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing payroll and employee administration processes.
• Experience working with employee representatives and social dialogue.
• Solid knowledge of French labor law and international HR compliance topics.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll and employee administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, leaves and departures; develop the People Operations Specialist.
• Lead social relations, compliance, and working conditions with internal and external partners.
• Own HR systems, People Analytics, and automation to improve data reliability and reporting.
• Scale People Operations and Compliance in a fast-growing international environment.
