Job summary

Danaher’s France Labor and Employee Relations Manager role leads guidance to associates, managers, and HR partners, ensuring compliant handling of employee relations matters. The position collaborates with the LER COE, works councils, and legal teams to sustain consistent processes and reporting.

Required are 10+ years in labor relations, a JD or equivalent, and the ability to travel up to 25%. French and international scope, with a focus on France operations within the Danaher Life Sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations or related HR discipline.
• Experience managing employee relations cases (investigations, performance, disciplinary matters, grievances).
• Experience with works councils and employee representative bodies.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistent policy application.
• Manage cases including reductions in workforce and organizational changes requiring consultation with works councils.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, and other employee-related matters.
• Support development and maintenance of employee relations policies and tools.
• Coordinate with the LER COE across jurisdictions and maintain data/reporting.
