Danaher is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations leader for France to guide managers and associates on employee relations matters aligned with company policies and employment laws. The role coordinates with HR partners, operates within a unionized environment, and manages complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions.

The position requires extensive ER experience, strong legal understanding, and ability to travel up to 25% to support operating companies and COE initiatives across France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or JD or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years in Labor and Employee Relations or related HR discipline.
• Experience handling investigations, performance mgmt, disciplinary matters, grievances.
• Experience with unionized environments and works councils.
• Knowledge of employment laws in relevant jurisdictions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage individual and collective workforce changes with works councils and employee reps.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and tools.
• Coordinate with global COE and legal teams on ER matters.
