Danaher is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations Manager France to guide associates, leaders and HR partners on employee relations matters in accordance with policies and employment laws.

You will manage a diverse caseload, liaise with the Life Sciences platform and operating companies, works councils, and the Global Labor & Employee Relations COE to ensure compliant, consistent handling of cases and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Labor and Employee Relations or HR—within relevant jurisdictions.
• Experience managing employee-relations cases, investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workforce reductions.
• Experience with unionized environments and works councils or employee representative bodies.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and travel up to 25%.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders to guide relations matter handling.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage employee relations cases including workforce reductions and organizational changes with works councils and representation bodies.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, and related activities with the LER COE.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of employee relations policies and tools.
• Serve as liaison with the LER COE for assigned operating companies and maintain case data, trends, and risk mitigation.
