Danaher France seeks an experienced Labor and Employee Relations Manager to provide guidance on ER matters for associates, leaders, and HR partners. You will manage a diverse ER caseload and liaise with works councils and representative bodies.

You will lead investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances while collaborating with the COE and compliance teams to mitigate risk and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or JD (or equivalent) required.
• 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations or related HR discipline in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Experience managing employee relations cases including investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workforce reduction activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws.
• Manage ER cases, including individual or collective workforce reductions and changes requiring information and consultation with works councils and other bodies.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, and other associate-related matters with the COE.
• Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies, procedures, toolkits, and standard work.
• Coordinate with the COE and compliance teams; analyze trends and report ER data to improve organizational effectiveness.
