Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations Manager France to guide associates, leaders and HR partners on complex relations issues across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between platforms, operating companies, works councils and the COE, ensuring compliant and consistent handling of employment matters.

You will lead investigations, performance processes, disciplinary actions and policy development, with travel up to 25% across the jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or JD or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of Labor and Employee Relations experience.
• Experience handling investigations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Experience with works councils and employee representative bodies.
• Knowledge of employment laws in relevant jurisdictions.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on labor and employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage employee relations cases including workforce reductions and organizational changes.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, and grievance hearings.
• Develop and maintain employee relations policies, tools and standard work.
• Act as liaison with COE and other internal bodies on LER matters and report trends.
