Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Responsable Relations Sociales et Relations du Travail France to guide employees, managers, and HR partners on complex social relations matters. You will act as the key liaison between platforms, operating companies, and works councils to ensure compliant management of case data and reporting.

The role focuses on advising on policies, managing investigations and workforce changes, and driving performance improvement alongside the COE and legal teams across France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations or related HR discipline.
• Experience managing investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and reductions.
• Experience with works councils or employee representative bodies and unionized environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage individual and collective workforce reduction activities and consultations with works councils.
• Lead performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, and grievances with the COE.
• Develop and maintain employee relations policies, procedures, and tools.
