Job summary

Homa is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner with leadership and employees in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals. You will shape performance management, leadership development, and a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and lead initiatives across employee engagement, training, and legal compliance within France.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in HR
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to engage with team members at all levels
• Solution-oriented with ability to navigate complex HR issues
• Pragmatic HR approach aligned with business objectives
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data for decision-making
• Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and advanced functions (import range, index match)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French labour laws is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with the overall business strategy
• Set and drive the performance review process and provide managers with support as a trusted advisor
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance across HR management
• Manage relationships with Staff Representatives (CSE in France)
