Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in Tech/Product/Operations.
• Strong business acumen and budget oversight with ability to challenge senior leaders.
• Deep mastery of labor laws, org design, and people management.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leaders to develop and implement HR policies for growth.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, hiring, and people budget management.
• Help managers drive ownership and address team challenges.
• Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for managers on HR topics.
• Deploy core HR processes (calibration, compensation, internal mobility, exits) and promote career paths.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and engage external experts as needed.
• Collaborate in a matrix with Country HR and Centers of Excellence to provide cross-geography support.
• Analyze employee data (attrition, compensation, role cards) to guide decisions.
