Job summary

Goodays in Paris is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive all aspects of People, from talent acquisition to engagement and organizational development. You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with our growth and culture, while remaining hands-on.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and employee relations across an international SaaS environment. Fluent French is mandatory; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French is mandatory, english is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR policies, contracts, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Participate in budget reviews, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and lead HR reporting and analytics.
• Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to define workforce planning, headcount priorities, and organizational structure.
• Drive a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement across all teams.
• Lead HR initiatives that support scalability, efficiency, and talent retention.
