Job summary

Ubisoft in Paris is seeking an HR Business Partner to influence leaders and deliver people solutions across global teams. This role reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner based in Paris.

The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels with organizational design, talent management, development & succession planning, change management, and other HR programs fostering an innovative and respectful culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR business partner role.
• Knowledge of French labor and employment laws.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to be autonomous, multi-task and handle high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver people-focused solutions across global teams.
• Drive HR strategy and execution of people initiatives to deliver results.
• Support organizational design, talent management, development and succession planning.
• Promote positive employee relations through HR policy interpretation and communication.
• Provide HR coaching and support to all levels of the organization.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve performance, retention and engagement.
