Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) seeks an experienced HRBP Director based in Paris to serve as the senior HR business partner for the France e-commerce business. You will partner with local leadership to land global people strategies locally, oversee organizational design, full-cycle talent management, employee relations and change management, ensuring compliance with French labor regulations.

Candidates with retail or e-commerce background are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP senior management experience.
• Solid experience in Retail / E-commerce industry.
• In-depth knowledge of French labor law and labor relations management.
• Fluent French and English (written & verbal).

Responsabilités

• Partner with local leaders to align HR strategies with business targets.
• Lead organizational design, talent management, performance and compensation planning.
• Ensure compliance with French labor regulations and collective agreements.
• Drive change management and analytics through HR dashboards.
