Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit based in France. This remote-first role collaborates with international teams to align people strategies with financial performance and develop high-performing teams.

You will oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR process implementation in a dynamic technology environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director role within international digital, IT, or product companies.
• Experience implementing core lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession, termination, performance evaluation.
• Experience with payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, retention, with measurable impact.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and business acumen.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate workforce performance and trends.
• Strong multitasking and project management in a dynamic international environment.
• Development-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and new ideas.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
