Job summary

Ubisoft in Paris is seeking an HR Business Partner to influence leaders and deliver people solutions across global teams. The role reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner in Paris.

You will work at both hands-on and strategic levels on organizational design, talent management, change management, and culture initiatives, partnering with HR colleagues to implement effective processes and development plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity.
• Knowledge of French labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to be autonomous, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an international company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global HR Strategy for assigned leaders and business groups.
• Lead and support HR initiatives to deliver people strategies and positive results.
• Partner with HR teams to deploy Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Coach leaders and managers to retain, develop and motivate people.
• Support organizational transformation and culture initiatives across Ubisoft.
