Job summary

The role reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner, based in Paris. The candidate will combine hands-on and strategic impact, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Human Resources business partner.
• Knowledge of French labor and employment laws.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support global HR initiatives for assigned leaders and groups.
• Drive HR vision and execution of people strategies to deliver results.
• Support organizational transformation aligned with top management goals.
• Promote positive employee relationships through HR policy communication.
• Contribute to a respectful and safe environment within Ubisoft.
• Support transformation toward a single global culture with efficiency and costs in mind.
