A technology firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their teams across Germany and France. This role involves strategic alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, leadership coaching, and cross-border integration of HR practices. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in HR, especially within tech environments, with strong communication skills, and fluency in English, with a good command of French or German being a plus. We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Product teams across Germany and France. This is a high-impact, strategic role that sits at the heart of our Global R&D organization.
You’ll serve as a bridge between both entities, aligning policies, processes, and communication, at a global level to ensure a unified and consistent people strategy. You will work closely with our CTO and leadership teams, providing trusted partnership, setting clear boundaries, and challenging constructively and diplomatically when needed.
You don’t necessarily need to come from an R&D environment, but you must bring a strong business understanding, a global mindset, and the ability to influence and execute in a complex, evolving organization.
