Job summary

Cisco Systems in France is seeking an accomplished enterprise software sales professional to manage and grow strategic retail accounts. You will lead complex sales cycles, engage with C-level stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing and legal to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SaaS or cloud security sales, experience selling to senior executives, and a proven track record of quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a documented record of quota achievement.
• Proven successful experience in managing large and complex accounts.
• Demonstrated experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or observability solutions.
• Proven background operating at the CxO level and navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the retail sector to drive long-term revenue.
• Lead complex sales cycles, from initial account planning and pipeline development to final negotiation and forecasting.
• Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to position our cybersecurity and observability portfolio as a trusted solution for their business goals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and legal teams to shape and deliver customer solutions.
• Drive market share expansion by leveraging deep industry insights and a clear understanding of the customer’s digital transformation needs.
