Job summary

Global-e is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Paris, France to partner with major brands and ensure long-term client success across the EU. You will manage strategic, high-value relationships, drive renewals and revenue growth, and liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs.

The role requires fluency in French and English, B2B software experience, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English is required.
Experience in B2B software, logistics or SaaS is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience in expanding revenue within an existing book-of-business.
Strong analytical skills with data presentation and insights.
Excellent communication, especially with executives and C-levels.
Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients and coordinate with Global-e teams.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, including C-levels.
Generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and flag red flags.
Prepare periodic performance reports and QBRs with client KPIs.
Support clients’ strategic, marketing and operational decisions using data analysis.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
