Equinix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive post-sales engagement, adoption, and retention across the customer lifecycle. You will develop strategies to maximize value, lead renewal discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.

The role requires exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, a client-centric mindset, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer experience, upselling and retention, customer success (B2B SaaS/Technology).
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and growing the business and organization.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and resource sharing.
• Develop and track Customer Success Plans and value realization.
• Conduct regular QBRs with customers for strategic reviews.
• Monitor usage and performance to drive adoption and retention.
• Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Address issues escalations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Collaborate across Delivery, Support, Sales, Product, Ops.
