Qualifications

• B2B experience in a software, logistics, or SaaS company preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in expanding an existing book of business.

Responsabilités

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
• Generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and QBRs.
• Support clients’ strategic and operational decisions.
