A leading learning platform provider in France is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to support clients in their digital training strategy using their innovative platform. You will manage client relationships, ensure contract renewals, and work closely with the Account Management team to meet client KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Customer Success principles and experience in managing SMB clients. This role offers flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-1.5 years+ of experience in a Customer Success position, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• Experience managing a large book of business consisting mostly of SMB clients (100+ clients).
• Enthusiasm for our working environment.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.
• Ensure the renewal of contracts through coordination of resources.
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure client KPIs are met.
