AB Tasty, a global leader in AI-powered digital experience solutions, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager – Enterprise in Paris. You will own a strategic portfolio of Enterprise accounts, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive retention, expansion, and customer value.

Based in our Paris office with up to two days of remote work per week, you will lead strategic reviews, platform demos, and onboarding journeys tailored to each client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment with enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across regions and cultures in an international setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage a strategic portfolio of Enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to maximize value.
• Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise clients to maximize upsell and expansion while minimizing churn.
• Drive key metrics including NRR, churn, renewal rates, and customer health across the portfolio.
• Lead strategic business reviews, onboarding journeys, and platform demos tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical and Sales teams to align on client priorities and unlock opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer to scale CS strategy and playbooks.
