Mirakl Connect Engineering is seeking an engineering leader to drive two squads responsible for the seller journey and marketplace integrations. Based in Paris or Bordeaux with one day remote per week, you will guide priorities and engineering initiatives across your teams.

Partner with Product and Design to set architectural direction, ensure scalable and observable systems, and coach engineers to grow their careers within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineering teams, across multiple squads.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, catalog or order management.
• Deep Java background with ability to guide architecture decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads and shape tech direction.
• Partner with Product/Design to set priorities.
• Coach engineers, attract talent, and manage performance.
• Ensure scalable, observable, maintainable distributed systems.
