Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two squads within Mirakl Connect in Paris or Bordeaux, with one day of remote work per week. You will work closely with Product and Design to steer priorities and architecture while coaching engineers and collaborating with colleagues in the US.

You will drive technical direction, ensure scalable solutions, and safeguard quality through testing and observability. Fluency in English and a strong Java background are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams of 5–6 engineers or more across multiple squads is preferred.
• Solid Java background and ability to challenge architectural decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) and coordinate with US-based colleagues.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, ensure scalable and maintainable solutions, and promote best practices in testing and observability.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, identify growth opportunities, and support talent attracttion.
• Build an effective operating model to improve ways of working and collaboration across distributed teams.
