Mirakl is hiring a senior engineering leader to guide two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) within Mirakl Connect. You will work with Product, Design, and international partners to align priorities, drive architecture, and ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

The role requires 4–5+ years managing teams of engineers, strong Java expertise, and fluent English. Based in Paris or Bordeaux with one remote day per week, this is a hybrid, global collaboration role that shapes

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed or catalog management.
• Solid Java background with the ability to discuss architecture and coach a Java team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment while protecting team focus.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
