Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Manager for Mirakl Connect based in Paris or Bordeaux, with one day of remote work per week. You will lead two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) and partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketplace solutions.

You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards in testing and quality while navigating a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams, ideally across multiple squads.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or related domains is preferred.
• Solid Java background with architectural insight and credibility to lead engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads responsible for seller journeys and integrations across Mirakl Connect.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive the technical direction of your scope, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems.
• Develop engineers and tech leads through coaching and career conversations.
• Improve operating models to enhance collaboration with distributed, international stakeholders.
