Mirakl Connect Engineering leads two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) with about 12 engineers, collaborating with US colleagues. Location: Paris or Bordeaux with one day of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
• Solid Java background with ability to understand architecture decisions.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.
• Fluent English to lead discussions with global partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads for the seller journey and external marketplace integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and execution plans.
• Drive scalable, maintainable architecture and promote testing, observability, and incident management.
• Develop engineers and tech leads, supporting growth and attracting talent.
• Build a strong operating model, improve ways of working, and coordinate with distributed teams.
