Mirakl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) within Mirakl Connect. You will guide architectural decisions, align with Product and Design on priorities, and drive delivery across multiple marketplaces and integrations from Paris or Bordeaux, with one day of remote work per week.

You will mentor engineers, foster a high-performance culture, and build scalable distributed systems while coordinating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering squads.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineers.
• Strong communication across time zones.
• Excellent architectural judgment for distributed systems.
