Mirakl in Paris or Bordeaux (hybrid) is seeking an Engineering Leader to guide two squads in the Mirakl Connect team. You will partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable engineering plans and ensure delivery excellence across Seller Experience and Channel Integration.

You will coach engineers, shape architectural decisions, and collaborate with international partners to drive a strong operating model and high-quality software across a growing marketplace platform.

Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering teams (5+ engineers) with cross-squad coordination.
• Strong background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or related domains.
• Ability to guide Java architecture discussions and design choices.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads: Seller Experience and Channel Integration.
• Partner with Product/Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, quality solutions.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth and performance conversations.
• Improve operating model, foster ownership, and coordinate with international stakeholders.
