Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace platforms, seeks an experienced engineering leader for Mirakl Connect. Based in Paris or Bordeaux with one day of remote work per week, you will guide two squads on seller journeys and marketplace integrations, balancing delivery speed with quality.

You will partner with Product and Design to set priorities, drive architectural decisions, and raise standards in testing, observability, and incident management while coaching engineers across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or related domains.
• Solid Java background with architectural oversight.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces.
• Drive architectural direction and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Coach engineers and tech leads and focus on talent growth.
