Mirakl is seeking an experienced engineering leader to run two squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Zalando. You will partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.

Based in Paris or Bordeaux with one day remote per week, you will coach engineers, drive architectural decisions, and raise best practices in testing, observability, and incident

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed management, catalog or order management.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Zalando).
• Define priorities with Product/Design and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive architectural direction, ensure scalable and maintainable solutions, and promote testing/observability standards.
