Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Leader to guide two squads in the Mirakl Connect Engineering team, spanning Paris and Bordeaux with some US collaboration. You’ll champion delivery, architecture, and people development across cross-functional squads.

You will partner with Product and Design to set priorities, drive scalable solutions, and foster best practices in testing, observability, and incident management while mentoring engineers and tech leads.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domain.
• Solid Java background with ability to challenge architectural decisions and guide engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads delivering the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans and trade-offs.
• Drive the technical direction, ensuring solutions are scalable, testable, and maintainable.
• Develop people: coach engineers and tech leads, support growth conversations and attract talent.
• Build and refine operating models to improve collaboration with distributed and international stakeholders.
