Mirakl Connect Engineering is seeking a senior leader to guide two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) fromParis/Bordeaux with one remote day per week. You will shape architecture, collaborate with Product and Design, and drive delivery across a fast-paced e-commerce platform.

The role demands 4–5+ years of team leadership, deep Java expertise, and strong communication with international partners.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces or related domains.
• Solid Java background with architectural judgment.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders across time zones.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two engineering squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—across Paris and Bordeaux.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, architecture, and testing/observability best practices.
• Develop people through coaching, growth plans, and career conversations.
• Build and improve the operating model for distributed teams and stakeholders.
