Mirakl in Paris or Bordeaux is seeking an Experienced Engineering Leader to join the Mirakl Connect Engineering team. You will directly lead two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—overseeing ~12 engineers in Paris/Bordeaux with coordinated collaboration with US teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, and partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical plans.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
• Solid Java background and ability to challenge architectural decisions.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment with focus on outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for seller journey and channel integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, scalable architectures, testing, observability, and incident management best practices.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth opportunities and career conversations.
• Improve operating models to enhance collaboration with distributed international teams.
