With 4–5 years of leadership in engineering and a background in ecommerce domains, you’ll coach engineers, foster growth, and improve ways of working across distributed teams while balancing speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams (5–6 engineers or more).
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or channel management is preferred.
• Strong background in Java architecture and scalable distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) across Paris/Bordeaux with US collaboration.
• Define priorities with Product and Design, balance speed, quality and technical sustainability.
• Drive architectural direction, ensure scalable and maintainable solutions, promote best practices.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support career conversations, attract top talent.
• Improve operating model, protect team focus, enable effective cross‑border collaboration.
