Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking an Engineering Leader for Mirakl Connect. You will head two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—driving architectural direction and cross-border collaboration with US-based and international partners.

You will guide a team of engineers across Paris and Bordeaux, with remote work one day per week, shaping how sellers and brands connect and grow on multiple marketplaces worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience managing engineering teams, with track record of leading teams of 5–6 engineers or more, ideally across multiple squads.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed management, catalog or order management, or related domain.
• A solid Java background—you may not be hands-on today, but can challenge architectural decisions and manage a team of Java engineers with credibility.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment while protecting team focus and adapting management approach.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Zalando).
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities and translate business needs into execution plans.
• Drive technical direction, challenge architectural choices, and raise best practices in testing and observability.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, identify growth opportunities, and attract strong talent.
• Build and refine operating model to improve ways of working and collaboration with distributed teams.
