Mirakl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two squads in Paris or Bordeaux, with one day of remote work per week. You will partner with Product and Design to set priorities, translate business needs into execution plans, and guide architectural decisions across a fast-paced marketplace platform.

• Experience leading software teams
• Strong background in Java architecture and distributed systems
• Ability to drive architecture decisions with a hands-off leadership style
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product and design
• Fluent English with experience working with US-based and international partners
