Mirakl is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) within Mirakl Connect. You will guide architecture, partner with product and design, and coach engineers across Paris and Bordeaux with weekly remote collaboration with US teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of team management experience, a strong Java background, and a track record in ecommerce or marketplaces. Hybrid work with Paris/Bordeaux offices and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams, typically 5–6 engineers or more.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
• Solid Java background with the credibility to challenge architecture decisions.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads: Seller Experience and Channel Integration, across Paris and Bordeaux.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Set technical direction, ensure scalable, maintainable solutions, and raise testing standards.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, driving growth and talent acquisition.
• Improve operating models, protect team focus, and enable effective distributed collaboration.
