Mirakl Connect Engineering is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) across Paris and Bordeaux, with close collaboration with US partners. You will guide delivery, architecture, and team growth in a fast-moving marketplace environment.

The role requires 4–5 years managing teams of 5–6 engineers, a deep Java background, and experience in ecommerce domains.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams, 5–6 engineers or more across multiple squads.
Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, channel management, feed/catalog or order management preferred.
Solid Java background with ability to challenge architecture decisions.
Proven ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment while protecting team focus.
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.

Responsabilités

Lead two engineering squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) and ensure reliable delivery and high technical standards.
Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans and trade-offs.
Drive the technical direction, architecture choices, and maintainability across your scope.
Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth, and attract talent.
Build an operating model that improves ways of working and enables collaboration with distributed teams.
