Mirakl Connect Engineering is seeking a senior engineering leader to direct two squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) from Paris or Bordeaux, with one day remote per week. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product, Design, and international partners to deliver scalable, high-quality marketplace integrations.

• Fluent English with ability to lead discussions with US-based and international partners.
• Full professional proficiency in French, working in a bilingual environment is expected.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership and managing multiple squads.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for Seller Journey on Mirakl Connect and external marketplace integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans and balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Drive technical direction, challenge architectural decisions, and raise best practices in testing, observability, and incident management.
• Develop engineers and tech leads through coaching, performance conversations, and talent attraction.
• Build and optimize the operating model to improve ways of working and collaboration with distributed teams.
