Jobgether is seeking an HR Specialist based in France to serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee cases across the EMEA region. You will own escalations from investigation to resolution, collaborating with Payroll, Legal and Compliance to drive compliant, empathetic outcomes.

This remote-first role involves working with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, documentation, and guidance across multiple jurisdictions while growing HR expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services HR, Employee Relations, EOR/PEO, or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country HR practices across EMEA.
• Experience supporting multiple markets in Europe (Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, France) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex HR escalations independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, empathetic communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex and sensitive employee cases across EMEA.
• Own escalations not resolved by Level 1/2 HR teams; ensure timely resolution.
• Manage escalations covering contracts, onboarding, leave, payroll, benefits, relations, and offboarding.
• Investigate issues, assess risks, identify root causes, determine resolutions.
• Provide empathetic support via tickets, email, and calls; de-escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and regional teams.
